When Reiki entered my life, my whole world changed. It was the discovery of a more meaningful life, of a deeper compassion for others. It was in this discovery that my passion to help others heal and to find clarity in their lives surfaced. Subsequently, I sought and received training from celebrated teachers in Reiki, hypnosis, and spiritual connection.

My work promotes “wholeness”, bringing the sum of all parts to balance the whole. The importance of healing not just the body, but the mind, emotions, the soul, and even the past is key for returning to a place of health and for reviving the whole.

I teach, mentor, and coach students and clients alike on their own paths to self discovery and their quest for a rich, healthy, and meaningful life. It has been my goal to continually create a safe space for all to learn and grow as we travel this journey together. If we allow, the journey will take us to all points beyond our imagination.
